THE BEST GIFT FOR OUR HEAVENLY FATHER
What can we offer to Him that is ours to give?
THE BEST GIFT FOR OUR HEAVENLY FATHER -
"Be cheerful, anyway."
Notes taken & inspired from Daily Rosary Meditation [https://www.dailyrosarymeditations.com/]

"TODAY" is a gift we bring to our Father.
Thank Him for it.
Do not complain, do not be cranky.
Celebrate Him by remaining joyful.
At Mass, the priest says
"Pray my brother and sisters,
that our sacrifice may be acceptable
to God, the Almighty Father."
Our sacrifice means our gifts.
and that means primarily the gift of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist
It also means the gifts we give to our Father -
Anything we have that we can offer
as a personal gift to God.
We offer Him our prayers, our work, our joy
and our suffering, cheerfully.
"Be cheerful, anyway."
As Mother Theresa said,
"Accept what God gives
and give what He takes
with a big smile."
We offer cheerful gratitude.
It is not about having the perfect moment
Do not be mad at the moment
do not be caught up in the act and the circumstance
which could make us bitter and frustrated really fast
and then, we miss the moment.
In each moment
it is not so much about what happens
it is about our disposition being in tuned with God
maintaining our peace with God
and maintaining peace of the moment.
Whatever happen are not obstacles
It is the moment that counts.
"Today" is a gift we bring to our Father.
"Be cheerful, anyway"
Truly cheerful,
Gratitude from the depth of our being
