OUR IDENTIFYING MARK AS CHRISTIANS

 

Whatever the Lord requires of us.

Whatever Jesus wants of us.
Not I will, but what the Father will.
What Jesus will.
What the Holy Spirit will.

What was Lucifer's rebellion?
It was all about "I will"
It was no longer the father's will
it was all about his own will.
That was Satan's mistake.

Our identifying mark is to do the Father's will

Whatever the Lord requires of us
Whatever Jesus wants of us
Not I will, but what the Father will
What Jesus will
What the Holy Spirit will. 

It could be something that is challenging
It may be uncomfortable
It may be against our bodily desires
There may be a battle between our body and our soul

Jesus, let your will be done
Let that be my identifying mark
That I will only do God's will
